The Best Movie From Each State: Results For Iowa, Voting For Kansas

The results from the fourteenth installment of my totally normal and not insane 51 week study of the top three movies from each state are IN. Remember everyone got three votes, so the percentages reflect how many times they appeared on every individual vote. For the Hawkeye State, this is what y’all chose.

3. Star Trek

It’s not explicitly in Iowa, but most of the earth-based scenes take place there. That’s something, I guess! I’m a big fan of this movie though and the sequels as well to a lesser extent.

I couldn’t resist, this was one of the best AD bits ever.

Pretty surprised ‘Cedar Rapids’ didn’t place, but I guess that’s what happens when world enders like ‘Star Trek’ are on the lineup. Anyway, time for the Sunflower state.
