That’s the title of her new album, which Perry is promoting, apparently, by spilling tea all over the place — and not the kind you drink. Perry is doing a “Big Brother”-style live stream titled “Witness World Wide” where fans can watch her live in a house for 96 hours.

So not only did she get overshadowed by Taylor Swift once again, now she’s attention whoring on YouTube. Kinda hoping her new CD stinks, but that’s probably not gonna happen cause Katy does bring the hits time after time. But regardless, this stunt stinks and so does she. And her haircut too.
